Kiwi's eMAR was built by a former registered manager who previously ran learning-disability, mental-health and nursing homes, and supported-living services, during his career. Rounds are grouped by resident, controlled drugs need a witness, PRN is per person, and the MAR chart looks like the paper one your staff already understand.
30 days free, nothing charged until day 31
Open the round, see each person with what is due, tap to sign. PRN shows "given 2× today" with who and when, and a Give again button. A dose still unsigned at the end of its day is recorded as missed from 2am the next morning, for the manager to review.

Dates across the top, medications down the side, ticks and codes in the squares. Seven, fourteen or twenty-eight days. Hover any square for who signed and when. Discontinued medicines keep their history. Download as PDF with the signature record of every staff member.
Every CD administration and every stock movement needs a second member of staff named as witness. Kiwi keeps the CD record as you go: book in, administer, dispose, count, with running balances and a permanent movement ledger. Discrepancies follow the rules set out in Kiwi: recount with a witness, report to the manager, resolve with a reason, recount at handover.

700+ UK medicines, with links to BNF and eMC information where available. Around 200 common medicines come with their licensed strengths and forms, so for paracetamol staff pick a real presentation from the list instead of typing a dose. Routes include oral, buccal, rectal, PEG and patches. Managers can add medicine names from the NHS dm+d list too.

Yes. Each resident has their own PRN protocol: what it is for, the signs to look for, the maximum in 24 hours and what to try first. The round shows how many times it has been given today and by whom.
Yes. Any resident's MAR chart for the last 28 days, as a PDF with the signature record. For older periods, the report builder exports medicine records for any date range as PDF or CSV. Inspectors and pharmacists get a MAR chart in the format they're used to.
Book in, give, dispose and count. Balances update on every dose and low stock shows on the dashboard.
A MAR chart is the medication administration record: the list of each person's medicines with a box for every dose. eMAR is the electronic version. Each dose is recorded on a phone or tablet with the time and staff member, and a scheduled dose that hasn't been signed by the end of its day is recorded as missed rather than left blank. Kiwi's eMAR also downloads a 28-day MAR chart as a PDF.
A person-centred record that reads like a story, not a form.
