How much does Kiwi cost?
Two prices, both per home, per month, with everything included. A home with up to 30 beds is £179.95. A home with 31 beds or more is £229.95. That covers every module, unlimited staff and devices, every update, and support for UK care homes by email and video call.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Free set-up, including training for your staff: we send you a list of what we can import for you, then load it before your first day.
Do I get a discount for more than one home?
Yes, from your third home, and it comes off your whole Kiwi subscription rather than just the extra homes. Three homes get 20% off your Kiwi subscription, four get 25% and five get 30%, applied automatically when you sign up through the calculator on this page. One or two homes pay the list price. Kiwi Rota (£69 per home a month) isn't included in the discount.
What if we have six or more homes?
You get one price for your entire group. Tell us how many homes you have in each size and we will send a single packaged price within a working day, covering every home, every module, free setup, staff training and the data upload.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Paying for the year up front takes 10% off, on top of any multi-home discount. Choose Annually in the calculator and, after the 30-day trial, you are billed once a year at the discounted price. Monthly stays the default because it keeps you free to leave.
What counts as a bed?
The beds each home is registered for with the CQC. For supported living, count the people you support. If a home has more registered beds than the band you chose, we move it to the correct band from your next billing date and tell you before we do.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Our terms of service apply, but monthly plans roll month to month and you can cancel any time. Annual plans run for 12 months and renew for a further 12 months unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes. Stripe takes your card details when you start, but nothing is charged during the 30 days. Before the trial ends, Stripe emails you a reminder. If you do nothing, your subscription continues and is charged automatically from day 31 at the price you saw at sign-up. Cancel before day 31 and you pay nothing.
How do I sign up?
Use the calculator on this page: enter the beds in your largest home and how many homes you have, then press Start 30-day free trial. A secure Stripe page shows your exact monthly price with any discount already applied, and asks for your business details and card. If your homes are a mix of sizes, answer yes to the size question and set how many of each. We email you within one working day to set up your homes and load your data.
Who am I paying?
Kiwi is run by ASIZA CAPITAL Management Consultancy LLC SOC. Your card statement will show KIWIAPP.CO, and your invoices will show ASIZA as the supplier. For billing questions, email accounts@kiwiapp.co.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You get a complete handover bundle: your database, every record as PDF, spreadsheets and files. Then we delete our copy.
Is Kiwi Family included?
Yes. Kiwi Family, our family portal, is coming soon, and it will be included in your Kiwi plan at no extra cost when it launches.
Is there VAT on top?
No. Kiwi is supplied from outside the UK, so no UK VAT is charged and the price you see is the price you pay. If your organisation is UK VAT-registered, your accountant may need to record the purchase under the reverse charge; most care providers are not VAT-registered and nothing further applies.
