Compared honestly

How the usual pricing works, and how ours does.

The usual way

What most care software quotes look like once you read the small print.

  • Priced per bed, so growth costs you
  • eMAR, finance or HR as paid add-ons
  • 12 to 36-month contracts with notice periods
  • Setup and training charged by the day
  • "Contact sales" instead of a price

The Kiwi way

One number you can put in a budget today.

  • £279.95 per home, however many beds
  • Every module included, no add-ons ever
  • Rolling monthly, cancel any time
  • £169.95 setup, once: you send the data, we upload it, free
  • 30 days free, card taken, nothing charged until day 31
Questions

Things managers ask.

Is there a discount for more than one home?

Yes, and it applies to every home, not just the extra ones. One or two homes pay the full £279.95 each. From three homes you get 15% off, from five homes 20%, and from ten homes 30%. The stepper above shows the exact monthly total. The £169.95 setup is charged once per organisation, however many homes you add.

When is the £169.95 setup charged?

On day 31, together with your first month, and only if you carry on. Cancel inside the trial and nothing is charged at all.

What does setup include?

Everything it takes to hand you a home that is already set up, not a blank one. A call to plan it, then we take your data in whatever shape it is in, spreadsheets, exports from your old system, scanned MAR sheets, and we upload your homes, staff accounts, residents, medications and current care plans for you, free. You check it, we train your managers, and your team logs in to a home that is already there. Other systems give you an empty shell and a data-entry marathon; that is the part of switching that hurts, so we took it off you. Most homes are live within a week.

Is there a discount for many homes?

The price is £279.95 per home for everyone, whether you run one home or twenty. If you run a large group, talk to us about a paid pilot in one home first.

Who am I paying?

ASIZA CAPITAL, the company that builds and runs Kiwi. Your card statement and invoices will show ASIZA.

Can I pay annually?

Yes, by invoice, if your finance team prefers it. The monthly card plan is the default because it keeps you free to leave.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You get a complete handover bundle: your database, every record as PDF, spreadsheets and files. Then we delete our copy.

Is there VAT on top?

No. Kiwi is supplied by ASIZA from outside the UK, so no UK VAT is charged and the price you see is the price you pay. If your organisation is UK VAT-registered, your accountant may need to record the purchase under the reverse charge; most care providers are not VAT-registered and nothing further applies.
