We're building a native Kiwi Care app for iPhone and iPad. It adds offline recording, for the corners of the home where the Wi-Fi drops. Until it's out, Kiwi already works on iPhone, iPad and computers, in a modern web browser, with nothing to install.
When someone goes into hospital, one tap prints a transfer summary from the records you already keep. Page one is always a single page: resuscitation status, allergies, who to call, why they are going and their latest observations. Then their medicines with the last dose given, the MAR chart, and what matters to them. Anything that has not been recorded is printed as not recorded, so nobody has to guess.
Kiwi was founded by a former registered manager with fifteen years in care homes. We know what care teams are up against, because we have been on the floor with them.
Every system those homes tried came with a catch. Long contracts, exit fees, paying per bed, paying per training course, nobody to load the data, and support that vanished once the contract was signed. Teams felt on their own, and the features they needed never turned up.
So we built the system they needed, and tested it for years in real homes. The care groups our founder previously worked for during his career became Kiwi's first customers. Now it's ready for every home.

CQC does not approve or endorse any software. What inspectors want is evidence, and Kiwi produces it: audit trails on every record, versioned risk assessments, incident reviews with root cause and lessons learned, a full care record PDF in one tap, and reports for any date range as PDF or CSV.
