A care planning system is judged on whether the plan matches the life. That means the plan has to change when the person changes, and the change has to come from the floor. If updating a plan requires a manager and a laptop, the plan will be out of date within a month. Kiwi lets the change start where it is noticed.
Most residential homes we speak to are paying for a core system, then a medication module, then a rota module, then a family portal. Kiwi is one price per home, from £179.95 a month: every module, unlimited staff and devices, free setup, rolling monthly. Kiwi Rota is an optional add-on, at £69 per home per month. From your third home you get 20% off your Kiwi subscription (Kiwi Rota isn't included), 25% at four and 30% at five, and six or more homes get one group price. Paying annually takes another 10% off.
