Your free trial

• Your 30-day free trial started the day you signed up. Nothing is charged during the trial.
• Your card is saved securely by Stripe. Your first payment is taken automatically on day 31, at the price shown when you signed up, then every month (or every year on an annual plan).
• We email you a reminder before the trial ends. To cancel, change your card or download invoices at any time, use Manage billing or email accounts@kiwiapp.co. Cancel before day 31 and you pay nothing.
• Your card statement will show KIWIAPP.CO. No UK VAT is added.

What happens next

1. Within one working day we contact you to arrange a short setup call.
2. We set up your organisation and each of your homes in Kiwi.
3. You send us what you have (see the list below) and we upload it for you, free.
4. We send your logins and your organisation code, and walk your managers through the system.
5. Your team starts using Kiwi on iPhone, iPad and computers, in a modern web browser. Nothing to install.

What to have ready

Whatever you have is fine: spreadsheets, exports from your old system, even scanned paper records.

• Each home: name, address, CQC location ID and number of registered beds.
• Staff: name, role, work email or mobile number, and which home they work in.
• Residents: name, date of birth, room, GP and NHS number if you hold it.
• Medicines: current MAR charts or medication lists, including PRN and controlled drugs.
• Care plans, risk assessments and PEEPs you want carried over.
• Training records, if you would like the training matrix filled in.

Please do not email resident records. We will give you a secure way to share them on your setup call.

Signing in

• Kiwi runs in a modern web browser on iPhone, iPad and computers. There is nothing to install.
• Every member of staff has their own login. Please do not share logins.
• Agency staff can be given access for today only.

Your data

Your records are hosted on UK servers in London, in a separate database for your organisation. Read our data processing agreement summary, privacy policy and security page. We can send you the full data processing agreement, our transfer risk assessment and a ready-made data protection impact assessment for your homes.

If you ever leave

Cancel from Manage billing or by email, with no notice period. We give you a full handover bundle of your records and then delete our copy within 30 days.
